Newt Gingrich to address state senate tomorrow

Gibbons (R-Kirkwood) is welcoming Newt Gingrich, former United States House of Representatives Speaker and founder of the Center for Health Transformation, to speak to the Missouri Senate during regular session in the Senate chamber at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, January 18, 2006.
