Another possible Democratic primary rematch of a close contest may emerge in the 59th District, where Jeannette Mott Oxford edged Mark Rice by just 180 votes. Rice has announced he will challenge her again, but hasn't filed yet. The incumbent has filed and gets the top position on the ballot. Filing ends March 28.
