I don't know if I'd call it a turn around.... Earlier results were only based on the absentee ballots plus three wards' ballots. Not enough to really say much, even with this low of turnout.
But yay, this is very encouraging.
And Antonio, thank you for actually doing what the media is supposed to be doing!

I would like to add to Claire's kudos to Antonio for doing what none of the other media have managed to do tonight (STLTODAY.COM went 2 hours without an update, and at one point KSDK wasn't even loading). When your website is scooping the major outlets without the support of major ad dollars, and Donna and Peter are ahead of the big money campaigners, all is right with the world!
